Meet Erik and Lindsey 

Erik Hardin L.Ac. is a 2008 graduate of the Texas College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He holds a Master's Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.  He is state licensed and nationally certified in Oriental Medicine (OM) through the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM)  He is a professional member of AAAOM and has received special training from MD Anderson and Cancer Treatment Centers of America.

Erik is also a teacher and practitioner of Taijiquan (Tai Chi) and Qigong with over 18 years experience.  He is a member of Yang's Martial Arts Assoc. (YMAA) and a certified Qi Gong instructor with YMAA. 

Lindsey Hardin is a 2008 graduate of the Natural Epicurean Academy of Culinary Arts in Austin, TX.  She is a certified Food for Life Instructor for the Physician's Committee for Responsible Medicine. Lindsey teaches cooking classes on plant based eating and is a personal chef.
